Trying on items: $300 per item. This fee applies even if you buy the item — trying on is always a paid service. If you cancel or don't show up for your appointment, the fee is still non-refundable.

Booking a fitting: Fittings happen on quieter days/times, so please message us ahead of time. Book at least 1 week in advance.
 
If someone else buys the item online first: Whoever pays first gets it. If this happens to your reserved item, we'll refund your fitting fee. In any other case, the fee is non-refundable.
 
Alterations: Ask us first — pricing depends on the request, starting from HKD $800.
 
Bags: Please bring your own shopping bag. Need one of ours? It's $200 each.
